VillaZeller
The VillaZeller is a countryside villa which was ready for occupancy in 1976. It served a German industrialist family as a holiday home and as a place where different branches of the family could come together. It is built in a generous seventies style and furnished with many loving details.
It offers, in addition to spacious rooms and living areas, a fitness room, an indoor swimming pool (currently under revision), inviting balconies and several terraces to follow the course of the sun throughout the day. It offers a lot of space for different activities. The 2000sqm large perimeter allows many outdoor activities. It also shields from the public.
The concept
You want to take a holiday, organise a family or team meeting, hold a seminar or participate in one of our seminars. Then you are very welcome at the VillaZeller.
The countryside villa offers you a special ambience in seventies style.
The VillaZeller can be used in many ways.
Children and dogs are very welcome guests.
The VillaZeller is to be revitalized. It should be allowed to experience stories. Stories that you write.
Our main concern is that you feel comfortable and can BE, whether you are on holiday, at a seminar or at a team event.

What VillaZeller offers you
VillaZeller offers you a stay in a special ambience in the heart of the southern Black Forest.
Additional offer
You can also book the house by special arrangement with catering (breakfast and dinner) (see prices). I would be happy to put together a breakfast buffet for you and cook for you in the evening.
With pleasure I show you, after arrangement, the region on approx. 3-5 hour hikes.
In winter I will be happy to guide you through the magical forests on skis or snowshoes.
The area
VillaZeller is situated at 1000 meters above sea level, bordering a protected natural high moor. Directly from the front door you can go on extensive hikes in the heart of the southern Black Forest. You are near the highest mountain of the Black Forest, the Feldberg.
From the VillaZeller you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the Swiss Alps.
In winter you can reach the 50 km long interconnected cross-country ski run in a few minutes on foot. In 10 minutes you can reach the nearest ski area. The Schluchsee is only 15 minutes away by car.
Shopping facilities are available in the village and in the surrounding villages.
Prices
The villa has 3 double rooms and one four to six-bed room spread over two floors. It also has a seminar room, which can be used comfortably by up to 10 people, with many other possibilities for small group work distributed throughout the house.
The entire house is rented out with self-catering.
Individual rooms can also be rented with catering or self-catering on separate arragngements.
